What an amazing time we had both planning and executing this year’s Berkshire Wedding Tour. With nearly 20 wedding planners from CT, NY, VT and Boston descending on The Berkshires to tour multiple venues, sample local caterers and even pet some animals at Hancock Shaker Village – everyone got a little bit of the Berkshires to take back with them.
Our goal was to introduce The Berkshires as a destination for Weddings for these amazing planners from all over the area. If you were from NY, you were amazed at the venues and how CHEAP they looked compared to what they normally saw for pricing ($250 pp minimum). If you grew up in The Berkshires, it was a bit of your childhood that you rediscovered. If you had never seen it before – it was like finding a secret pocket of treasures not so far away from where your clients were.
Guests stayed at both The Cranwell and Red Lion Inn. Our planners were shuttled around each day in a HUGE WHITE TROLLEY from A Limo Affair.
